X Bookmark Manager lets you save links to tweets and organize them into your own categories. This policy explains what the extension does with your data. In short: everything stays on your device, and nothing is ever sent to us or anyone else.
When you save a tweet, the extension stores the following locally on your own
device using the browser's chrome.storage.local API:
activeTab — reads the current tab's URL only when you click "Save current tab," so it can be saved.storage — saves your bookmark list locally on your device.contextMenus — adds the right-click "Save to X Bookmark Manager" menu on x.com and twitter.com.You can remove any saved item at any time from the extension's popup, or export your full list to a JSON file for your own backup. Uninstalling the extension removes all of its stored data from your device.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Material changes will be reflected in the extension's store listing.
